Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 28, 2026

By registering on or using the OYL platform you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any clause, you may not register or use the platform.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform”: the OYL platform. “Company”: OYL Core, the company that owns and operates the platform.
  • “Member”: anyone who has registered an account on the platform. “Marketer”: a Member who promotes the products and takes part in the compensation plan.
  • “Products”: everything the platform offers for sale, whether digital (learning tracks, files, tools, subscriptions) or physical.

2. Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of contract in your country of residence, whichever is higher.
  • You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date, and that you hold only one account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account, and must notify the Company immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.
  • Registration on the platform is free.

3. Products and informed inspection

  • The Member acknowledges that, before purchasing, they reviewed the description of each product (digital or physical), including its nature, specifications, content, duration, usage requirements and price; that they inspected it in a manner that removes any uncertainty; and that the decision to buy was made with full knowledge, awareness and consent.
  • Digital products (such as learning tracks, files and tools) are provided under a personal license that may not be transferred, resold or shared.
  • For educational products, results depend on the learner's effort and circumstances; the Company does not guarantee any specific result, job or income after completion.
  • Images used on the platform are for illustration only and may differ from the actual product in visual details.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are displayed on the platform at the time of purchase. The Company may change them at any time without retroactive effect on confirmed orders.
  • An order is complete once the Company confirms receipt of payment. Payment must be made only through the platform's official payment methods.

5. Refund and cancellation policy

  • We are committed to providing high-quality digital educational services. Below is the cancellation and refund policy for the digital learning tracks and programs offered through the platform.
  • 1) The customer's right of withdrawal: in distance-contracting cases, the customer is entitled to the rights established under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its executive regulations, according to the nature of the product or service and the extent to which it has been used.
  • 2) Before the service is used: if the customer requests to cancel a purchase before actually starting to use the content or educational services, the cancellation and refund request is handled in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
  • 3) After starting to use the track: refund requests made after the customer has started using the track are considered according to the nature of the service and the extent of use, without prejudice to any right granted to the consumer by law.
  • 4) Full use of the service: where the educational service has been fully used, or its full content has been made available to and enjoyed by the customer, the right of withdrawal lapses in the cases covered by Article 41 of Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
  • 5) Technical faults: a fixable technical fault in the platform or content does not affect the customer's rights. Where a technical issue prevents the customer from accessing a purchased service, the platform will take appropriate action to fix the issue or provide an alternative means of access, depending on the case.
  • 6) Digital content: given the digital nature of the educational services, the service may include video, audio or text content, learning files, tests, digital tools, or other electronic services, depending on the track purchased.
  • 7) Requests and complaints: the customer may submit a cancellation or refund request, or any complaint about the service, through the platform's official contact channels, stating the order number, transaction details and purchase date.
  • All refund requests are subject to the mandatory provisions of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law and its executive regulations, and this policy may not be interpreted in a way that contravenes or diminishes the rights granted to the consumer by law.
  • Physical products (if any) are subject to the exchange and return rules established by law for consumer protection.
  • The Company may recover or reverse any commissions arising from an order that is refunded or cancelled.

6. Compensation plan (commissions)

  • The platform's compensation plan is an incentive plan. The Company has the right to modify, change or suspend any part of it (rates, conditions, caps and ranks) as it sees fit in the interest of the business; such changes are announced on the platform and apply to subsequent transactions unless stated otherwise.
  • The Company is under no obligation to guarantee the success of any Marketer or that any income or rank will be achieved, and makes no guarantees or promises of profit or quick wealth. Income varies from person to person and no earnings may result; it derives solely from actual effort and genuine product sales.
  • No commission is paid for registration or for recruiting members as such, only for product sales under the published plan.
  • Commissions are subject to the qualification, rank and cap conditions published on the platform at the time they are calculated.

7. Advertising and promotion

  • The Company is not responsible for any advertising, post, message or offer made by a Marketer without the Company's prior written authorization; the Marketer alone bears full legal and financial responsibility for it.
  • Marketers must not: promise guaranteed profits or quick wealth; misrepresent the compensation plan or products; impersonate the Company or its staff; use its name or logo in a misleading way; or promote by unlawful means (such as spam).

8. Collecting money

  • No Member may collect money in the name of the Company, on its behalf, or in exchange for its products without its written authorization.
  • The Company bears no responsibility for any amount paid outside the platform's official payment methods.

9. Wallet, commissions and withdrawals

  • Realized commission may be requested for withdrawal through the available methods and subject to their conditions; CP Points, Oyl Points (OP), vouchers or any points designated for buying and selling cannot be withdrawn in cash.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to Company review. Any taxes or fees due on the Member's income in their country are the Member's sole responsibility.
  • The Company may withhold or reverse any commission resulting from error, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

  • All content, products, trademarks, logos, software and designs belong to the Company or are licensed to it, and are protected by law.
  • Copying, republishing or selling any of them, sharing accounts or paid content with others, or recording and leaking it, is prohibited.
  • The Company has the right to take all legal and judicial action and claim compensation for any infringement of the intellectual property rights of the products and other materials.

11. Suspension, freezing and termination

  • The Company has the right to suspend, freeze or terminate the membership of anyone who engages in deception, misconduct, fraud, or any unlawful act, who collects money in the Company's name without authorization, or who breaches these Terms.
  • The Company may suspend commissions and withdrawal requests linked to the offending account pending investigation, without prejudice to its right to take legal action.
  • A Member may request closure of their account at any time through support.

12. Privacy and communications

  • Your data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the platform, and you agree to receive messages and notifications relating to your account and orders. You may unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time.

13. Limitation of liability

  • The platform is provided “as is”. The Company is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or any service interruption caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).

14. Changes to these Terms

  • The Company may amend these Terms at any time and will publish the updated version on the platform; you may be asked to accept it again in order to continue. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes your acceptance.

15. Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

16. Contact

  • For any question about these Terms, contact support through the “Support” page on the platform.
